MAGIC MEADOWS IN UTERO SALES POLICY AND GUARANTEE

**IN UTERO: 100% of payment is always preferred.  We will take 50% of payment while in Utero.  The remaining 50% must be paid prior to foal’s birth.  If it is not then the purchaser will HAVE TO PAY THE AFTER LIVE BIRTH PRICE within 15 days of live healthy foal birth.  Failure to pay the amount will forfeit all monies paid to that point. 

 **HEALTH GUARANTEE: Our foals are guaranteed to be healthy at time of weaning for 100% of price of horse. They also comes with a 48 hour health guarantee beginning at moment of delivery or 2 business days after delivery. This simply gives you enough time to get your foal vetted at your personal vet to insure that he is healthy. If not you can receive a 100% refund of purchase price upon the return of the colt/filly.  This guarantee DOES NOT include any paid shipping.  Foal will be checked for health at birth and at weaning.  If foal is found to be in ill health at any time prior to 48 hours after delivery a 100% refund will immediately be offered and paid upon Magic Meadows possession of said foal.   

**SHIPPING: Shipping must be done by an insured shipper, purchaser, or Magic Meadows.  Magic Meadows shipping fee is 75 cents a loaded mile to anywhere in the continental United States.  This does not include health papers, and Coggins tests.  They can be obtained by Magic Meadows at an additional fee.  Shipping is NON refundable. Also, if injured while in transport (if not shipped by Magic Meadows or an insured transport company) you are responsible for all medical fees associated with such damages.

**CARE OF FOAL: When foals are sold in Utero Magic Meadows will care for the colt/filly while it is by its mother’s side for 4-5 months as the colt/filly requires.  Care includes water, Omolene 300 feed 2 X daily, and alfalfa/coastal hay.  Magic Meadows is not responsible for vaccinations or worming on sold colts/fillies.  We will administer them at no charge, but the owner of colt/filly is responsible for the price of vaccinations and wormers.  ***If the owner does not want them administered they will loose all Health Guarantees***
